Here are a few frequently asked questions that might help you get straight to the point on things that might not be so obvious.

What payment method can I use?

We offer 11 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Discover, America Express and Diners as well as local payment methods like Shop Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google pay.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

You can change to the currency of your preference by going to the currency selector in the upper right hand corner. The website will updated automatically to read in your selected country’s version. 

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been shipped. If you would like to make a change to your order, such as removing or adding a product and/or updating the delivery address, please chat us or email us at info@woke-well.com.

Do you offer E-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to those shipping in the United States.

How to return my items?

We do not offer free returns to overseas customers. If you are overseas, we strongly encourage you to track your shipment, as we will not accept responsibility for items that do not reach us. For customers in the United States, please chat or email us for a return shipping label. We will ask for a photo of any item delivered damage for insurance purposes. You must return all items in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. We will process a refund once we have received the returned items.
